The Tack Room travels to venues and private properties in and around Austin. Travel is included within 20 miles; beyond that, a flat travel fee is quoted up front.

TimingThe Tack Room's overall footprint is about 20 feet long and 8 feet 6 inches wide, and it stands roughly 10 feet tall at the roof. That's standard road width, so no wide-load permits are needed. Allow extra length for the tongue and the tow vehicle when you plan the spot.
About 13 guests fit inside The Tack Room comfortably at one time. For bigger parties, we set up the space around the bar so a larger crowd can gather outside. Tell us your guest count and we'll plan the layout with your quote.

Tack Room packages start at $1,850. Your final price depends on guest count, rental hours, travel and any add-ons you choose, and comes in a written quote once we have your date.
The Tack Room is a building on wheels — walls, a roof, a door, and a pass-through window. Guests step inside out of the weather, and so does whoever is pouring. We just need a level spot with tow access, so we'll agree a rain-plan position with your venue ahead of time.
