Yes — that's what dry hire means. You provide the alcohol, we provide the bar. We send you a free shopping list sized to your guest count and your drink picks, so you buy once and buy right. The alcohol stays yours the whole time.
The bar itself — right now that's The Tack Room, our walk-in mobile bar trailer — delivered to your venue, plus help with setup and teardown, and your custom shopping list. We don't provide bartenders, ice, mixers or glassware. No package includes alcohol.
It's yours. Anything you don't go through goes home with you at the end of the night, and we'll help you box it up.
You do — or whoever you arrange to pour, such as bartenders you hire. Two Lanterns rents the bar and helps with setup and teardown; we don't provide bar staff or serve alcohol.
We serve Austin and the towns around it, including Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Dripping Springs and San Marcos. Travel is included within 20 miles of Austin; farther out, a flat travel fee applies and is quoted up front.
Build your quote on our instant quote page and send it with your date and venue. We'll confirm availability and send a written quote. A signed contract and a 50% deposit lock your date, and the balance is due before the event.
We're booking events from April 2027 onward. If you already have a date, send it over and we'll tell you whether it's open.
